Who MOXIE supports in the COMMUNITY
Community Programs Lead
Supports the development and delivery of programs that strengthen Kitsap County’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, connecting business owners with resources, relationships, and opportunities to grow.
This work includes community research, entrepreneur programming, ecosystem partnerships, and initiatives designed to better understand and respond to the needs of local businesses.
Co-Chair of Business and Development Committee
Co-leads the Chamber’s Business & Development Committee, supporting initiatives that strengthen the local business community and connect entrepreneurs with information, resources, and opportunities.
The Committee works to identify business needs and advance programming and partnerships that contribute to a thriving Kitsap economy.
Board of Directors
Serves on the Board of Directors and supports the organization through governance, organizational structure, and board administration.
As Secretary and Governance Committee Chair, focuses on strengthening policies, procedures, board practices, and internal systems that support Bremerton Foodline’s long-term ability to serve the community.
Event Coordinator & Volunteer
Supports the planning and coordination of Kitsap Pride events, including the annual Pride Festival, working alongside volunteers, community partners, vendors, sponsors, and organizers to create welcoming and well-organized community experiences.
Provides event operations and volunteer support that helps bring Pride programming to life throughout Kitsap County.
Financial Literacy Programs
Supported Up from Slavery Initiative's L.E.V.E.L. U.P. - Financial Literacy programs by providing structured support across all three levels of their program: Youth, Teens, and Adults.
Assisted in organizing and structuring the programs, developed essential documentation and workbooks for the students, and supported in facilitating the sessions. This support ensured that participants received comprehensive financial education to empower them in their journey towards financial health.
